Adding to the range of coffee beans sourced and roasted from around the world they now have cold drip Coffee Liqueur – Firewater, to add a new taste for coffee lovers.

Australian Native Bush Foods

Australian Native Bushfoods founder Mark Lucas, originally planted wattleseed as a windbreak for his other crops. The trees are drought- and salt-resistant and happy in the most average of soils, even providing their own nitrogen back into the earth.

Mark with his wife Jenny now grow and produce Wattleseeds, Native Food Condiments and Wattleseed Extract. Like many bush foods, the wattleseed has a symbiotic relationship with nature. The trees provide homes for animals and protection for other plants but need heat to propagate – especially fire.

The Honey is 100% raw which is  different to much of the honey found in supermarkets as it has not been treated in any way. It is extracted from the hive, filtered to remove any beeswax and then bottled.

Raw honey contains natural vitamins and enzymes and is high in antioxidants making it very beneficial to your health.
