I will take you around the learning trail, discovering how the different Riverland soil profiles and climate affect the nose and taste of the wines as well as what varieties are grown compared to other wine regions.
We can then meander to our tasting table where I will take you through the wines that are chosen specifically for you; to discuss where the grapes are grown, how its made and appreciate the colour, nose and palate of each wine.
Afterwards, you will be treated to a shared degustation platter (1 between two, they are quite large) for lunch with a glass of wine of your choice from one of the wines from the tasting.
