The beer that takes its name at Woolshed makes use of locally grown and roasted wattleseed to add complexity to the darkest beer on their year round lineup. It’s a dark brown ale that pours with a lovely, lasting tan head that makes you want to dive in and has a soft palate to match. The flavours range from gentle roast to aromatic nuttiness, with some cocoa powder and a twiggy earthiness in the mix too
